Testimonials
"I meant to get involved with my Yearbook but kept putting it off. Having seen the final product, I really regret not submitting an entry because you don't get another chance "
AJ Morley - 2006 Graduate - Royal Holloway, University of London.
"Produced for the students by the students via GradFinale, our very first yearbook (2004) was a resounding success. The students were responsive and sent in some entertaining entries, producing a popular memento which sold out during our Graduation. From a departmental point of view, we were almost completely uninvolved: GradFinale targeted the students directly via posters (with our permission) and only occasionally asked us to push for academic staff entries, or for a photograph (an aerial one of the campus, and a couple of students who had given permission for their College card pictures to be used). Unsavoury entries were edited out and we were asked to approve the final edition. If you are thinking of producing a souvenir for your finalists, I'd recommend this one."
Gill Adourian - Department of Computer Science - Royal Holloway, University of London.

Marilyn Johnson - Alumni Officer - Loughborough University.
"The GradFinale yearbook is a wonderful idea that is very much enjoyed and appreciated by students and staff alike. It provides students with a great opportunity to reflect on their time at University and is a great way of uniquely preserving special memories. It is beautifully presented with photographs and graphics and makes a humorous and interesting read. The GradFinale Company is extremely professional, helpful and creative. I highly recommend them!"
Suzanne Wills - Undergraduate Administrator - Brunel University – English Department.
"We have just completed our second year with the GradFinale team. The team have a professional approach throughout, are efficient and hard working and keep the lines of communication open all the way through. They put in most of the hard work whilst we give them the support they need to meet students and staff in order to, ultimately, produce a professional and fun publication for our institution.
In our first year, we ran a 'test' and had them produce a yearbook for just one of our schools. In year two they produced a yearbook for each of our five schools! Students and staff were delighted with the outcome. Working with GradFinale throughout the year also has positive benefits for the Alumni Association at Middlesex University as it gives us an opportunity to raise our profile amongst our student body. I have no hesitation in recommending GradFinale to schools, colleges and universities alike!"
Maria Aristidou - Head of Alumni Relations - Middlesex University.
"I am writing to say thank you for the fantastic yearbook that you have just delivered to Royal Russell. The students have just received it and are reading it avidly with their fellow students in small groups around the school.
It is very satisfying to know that everyone in their year participated in helping to produce it, either by filling in their personal page or by contributing to the photograph sections. The staff are also very impressed with the quality of the finished product and some are now regretting not buying their own copy.
As Head of Sixth Form I am particularly grateful to you for keeping the whole project on track and on a manageable time scale. It is so easy to lose track of time during the school year. I certainly intend to encourage next year’s leaving students to also have a Yearbook of such high standard that you have produced for us. I hope to contact you after term starts ext school year, most probably at the end of September."
Mrs J Roe - Head of Sixth - Royal Russell School.
"I'd like to express how impressed with the organisation of the GradFinale team. The service has been both efficient and extremely user friendly."
Gavin Chu - Economics 2004 Graduate - RHUL.
"Students and staff from the Economics Department at Royal Holloway were very impressed with the Year Book, our first for the department! The Gradfinale team did a wonderful job liasing directly with our students for their contributions."
Sue Hallam - Undergraduate Administrator - Economics Department, Royal Holloway.
"We were very pleased with the final product - and so were our students! The yearbook has been a great promotional tool for our alumni programme. I found GradFinale to be professional, flexible and creative in their approach, able to adapt successfully to each school's individual circumstances."
Martyn Stephenson - Alumni Development Officer - University of Greenwich
"GradFinale have now produced the second yearbook for the University of Sussex and is even better than the first! Our students simply love the yearbook - at graduation students are rushing to the GradFinale stand to pick up their copy to find their entry and to look at the photographs that have been sent in by other students.
After graduation we also keep copies of the yearbooks at our various reception areas around campus - the yearbooks are in constant demand from current students, students attending admission days and our staff. I personally love reading the entries as you can see just how much our students loved their time at Sussex
The process is so simple - students just log on to GradFinale website and input their details and photographs. There is very little involvement required from University staff as the GradFinale staff even come onto campus to do the awareness days. We meet with the GradFinale staff to agree content and then to proof read the yearbook before it goes to print - it couldn't be simpler!
The staff from GradFinale are so efficient and friendly and stick to deadlines. The company is very well run and we enjoy working with them as they are always very innovative and forward thinking in their ideas and plans for future publications.
I would absolutely recommend the GradFinale yearbook to any university considering having a yearbook."
