TERMS

Standard Delivery For those Yearbooks which are not being collected at the Graduation Ceremony, we aim to deliver goods within 28 working days following the graduation date.

We shall endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and demand and delay in delivering goods is sometimes out of our control.

If for some reason we are unable to supply the goods ordered you will not be charged for these goods and we shall refund any payment made. GradFinale Privacy Notice

We guarantee that every online purchase you make from us is a secure transaction. Our site uses the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit secure socket layers (ssl). This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be hijacked or redirected to anyone but GradFinale.

If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. Information is only used to help us deliver the Yearbooks and contact you.

What we do with your information?
We never exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies. Your email address is used solely by yourself, and us for emailing you regarding your Yearbook.

Who else sees your information?
We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include royal mail, couriers and printers.

Returns Our Yearbooks are personalised to you, for you and as such we are unable to offer a refund.
In the event that GradFinale sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong Yearbook, you must return the original Yearbook within 30 days. GradFinale reserves the right to charge the price of replacement to the payment card used for the original order if that item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which GradFinale confirms the issue of a replacement.
